Arab East Investment Company was established in1996 as a Public Shareholding Company listed under the symbol (AEIV) in the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) with a capital of 4.5 million JD, With the objective of investing in real-estate sector in Jordan. AEIV has grown more than 10 times its initial capital to reach 47 million JD as a paid up capital.

AEIV is considered as one of the major land owners in Jordan, with a land portfolio of approximately 3000 Dunums (3,000,000) square mater, most of which are located within Amman area or its surrounding borders. Due to the large areas of land in its portfolio and the variety of locations it owns; AEIV established many subsidiaries each of them own a unique area of land and location.
